Home Purchase – Public Grant

The Municipality of Radicondoli aims to regulate the allocation of individual grants for the purchase of properties located within the municipal area, where applicants must establish their official residence. If you buy your first home in the Municipality of Radicondoli, you may receive a contribution ranging from 15% to 25% of the purchase value of the property.
This is a non-repayable grant ranging from 15%, with a maximum of €7,000, up to 25%, with a maximum of €20,000.
