With the WivoaRadicondoli 3.0 initiative, the Municipal Administration is once again launching — with even greater determination — a range of financial incentives focused on housing, family, and work, contributing together to the development of the area, particularly the villages of Radicondoli and Belforte..

All the calls for applications for the WivoaRadicondoli 3.0 programme are now being released. The Municipality has almost €300,000 available to support residency, families, the choice of district heating, new businesses, and this year also those who decide to rent out their homes.
When the project first began, the population was around 900 residents and has now grown to approximately 960. This demonstrates that policies aimed at supporting families, creating services, promoting culture and community life, and helping commuters are achieving real results.
The goal is therefore to offer opportunities to improve people’s quality of life, encourage economic development and residency, and welcome new people into the community, with particular attention to younger generations.

Schemes and  incentives

As part of the WivoaRadicondoli 3.0 project, a range of schemes and financial incentives are being funded in the areas of Housing, Family, Work and Energy.

These include contributions towards purchasing a home, incentives for rental agreements, support for opening a new business or developing an existing one, as well as financial assistance for schools, nursery schools and childcare services.

The programme also includes economic support for commuters working in neighbouring municipalities, incentives for financing the installation of district heating systems, and contributions towards fuel costs for those not connected to the heating network.
