If you are a young person looking to become more independent, or if you currently live and reside in another municipality and would like to experience life in our villages without making a major investment — while also having the possibility to benefit from future first-home purchase grants and eventually settle here — then the rental grant is for you.

If you are a property owner wishing to rent out your apartment but would like to carry out renovation or improvement works to make it more welcoming, you may benefit from contributions towards both the renovation costs and the interest on any related financing.
